Chip Logs, Hand Logs, and How to Properly Submit a Bug Report
This blog explains how chip logs and hand logs work, how to locate hand IDs, and how to submit a bug report that gives our team the information needed to quickly identify and resolve issues.
Chip Logs
Chip logs record all chip-related activity, including table buy-ins, top-ups, cash-outs, daily and weekly bonuses, ad rewards, and chip purchases. Each entry includes a date and time, making it easy to verify activity and cross-reference with hand logs when investigating discrepancies.
Hand Logs and Hand IDs
Hand logs are public and track every hand played in chip lobbies. Each hand entry is timestamped, allowing it to be accurately matched with chip log activity during reviews.
For a detailed breakdown of a specific hand, including its unique hand ID, simply click “View Log.”

Hand logs provide a detailed timeline of every hand, including players’ starting chips, all actions (bets, checks, raises, etc.), winners and their cards, rake taken, and more.
They’re a reliable way to confirm that the correct player won, that hands were evaluated properly, and that all chip amounts match what you saw in-game.
As such, hand logs are the best first step when reviewing any hand where you think something may have gone wrong — and if it has, they make it easy to show us exactly where the issue occurred.
Submitting a Bug Report
If you encounter an issue during a hand, please submit a report through our feedback & bugs form or via Discord. When submitting, include your site username, browser, hand ID, and a brief explanation of the issue. This format helps our team quickly investigate and resolve reports. Thank you for helping us improve the site, we truly appreciate your support!
