We’re excited to introduce logins and customizations to you all. Allowing players to create accounts is an important step that will open the door for us to build new features in the future.

Logins:

• Username: Players now have the ability to reserve a username. Usernames can be changed at any time.
• Stats: Public and private game stats are tracked for logged-in users (separately). Stats we track are hands played, win rate (%), largest pot won ($), average pot won ($), total bets made ($), total pot profit ($).
• Community: Ability to view other players’ accounts and stats. In the future, we’ll implement functionality to add friends, the ability to join each other’s games, and much more.
• Registration is not required to join games. We always strive to keep the site free and open to all, and allowing guests to jump into a game with friends or strangers quickly is very important to us. You can read more about our design philosophy long-term goals for the site here.

Customizations:

• Avatars: Guests and logged-in users can choose their own avatars, allowing them to express themselves uniquely. Select from Leonardo Da Vinci to Marilyn Monroe to widely popular animals. We are excited to see how you all engage with them – enjoy!
• Backgrounds: Logged-in users can select profile backgrounds. Choose from various backgrounds, such as space, nature, and more.
• Unlock conditions: Players must watch an advertisement in-order to choose an avatar or background.
  • Temporary (green): Icons are unlocked temporarily. Watch 1 ad to use. (Guests unlock for 1 hour | Logged-in users unlock for 2 hours)
  • Permanent Unlock (orange): Icons and backgrounds are unlocked permanently. Watch 2 ads to unlock.
