Our Development Roadmap for 2025

We’re excited to share our priorities for this calendar year. We’ll focus on delivering the following throughout 2025.

February:

  • Fix critical bugs
  • Improving login session reliability
  • Crackdown on profanity/racism/spam:
    • Mute/unmute players option
    • Some basic admin/moderation tools
  • Under consideration: Player report & ban feature we can use to manually curate when needed

March:

  • Stricter reseating limitations
  • Sidepot distribution
  • Introduce login-required public games (free games will remain open to all!)

April – June:

  • A few design improvements & some basic color scheme settings
  • Improved numbers formatting for multiples of thousands (commas/periods)
  • Work on improving code / documentation/ workflows to allow us to onboard & integrate new developers more easily.
  • Expand our development team, allowing us to push new features with increased efficiency/stability.

July:

  • Roll out basic social features (friend lists, activity status, etc)

August:

  • Introduce paid memberships (enhanced customization, ad-free experience, full-stack reseats, etc)

January 2026:

  • Implement chip-based gameplay, allowing players to save/accrue chips and use them between games.

 

NOTES:

* Along with focusing on the main features listed above, each month, we will spend 1 week chipping away at smaller tasks (bug fixes, design tweaks, minor improvements, etc.), typically at the beginning of each month.

* The above delivery estimates are not guaranteed, but the order of their development priorities is near fixed – if any delay happens, everything else gets potentially delayed.
