Public lobbies allow you to hop in a game and play live against players at any time using chips.

How do I join a lobby? You can join a lobby by clicking the “join” button in the list or the “join table” button in the preview.

How does “quick join” work? Quick join will take you into a random active lobby!

How do you sort lobbies? You can sort lobbies (ascending/descending) by clicking the following: Table, players, stakes, average pot, and average stack.

Start a poker lobby and invite your friends to play; no registration required! We simplified the process down to a few steps.

1. As an admin, enter your username and stack to start a lobby.
2. Then, invite your friends by copying and sharing the link, and wait until they join in.
3. As players join, admit them and click 'start game' to play!

Players can join and leave the lobby at any time. The lobby remains live for several hours, even if players are inactive.

Public chat in our poker lobbies is optional and does not impact gameplay. However, if you choose to participate, please adhere to the guidelines below—failure to do so may result in temporary or permanent bans.

We Don’t Tolerate

• Spam: Repeating the same message excessively or flooding the chat with irrelevant content.
• Harassment or abuse: Insults, threats, excessive profanity, or targeting other players including offensive language, slurs, and comments on their integrity.
• Hate speech: Any form of discriminatory or hateful language based on race, gender, religion, nationality, sexuality, or other protected characteristics.
• Trolling and baiting: Intentionally provoking other players to cause conflict or disruption.
• Advertising: Promoting other websites, products, or services without permission.
• Inappropriate Usernames: Usernames must not include offensive language, slurs, sexual content, impersonation, hate speech, or any other content that violates our community guidelines.
• Impersonation: Pretending to be another player or Poker Patio staff.
• Game collusion: Working with other players to gain an unfair advantage, such as through chip farming or coordinated play.

Consequences

We take chat abuse seriously. Penalties are applied based on the nature and severity of the violation:

• First violation: 1-week chat ban
• Severe or repeated abuse: 1-month chat ban or permanent site ban, depending on the nature of the offense (i.e, sharing personal information, grooming, targeted harassment, etc.)

Reporting Issues

Please report any abusive or disruptive behavior using our in-game report feature. All reports are reviewed manually by our team within 24 hours. Thank you for helping us maintain a safe and enjoyable environment on Poker Patio.
